Neonu Jewell

Neonu Jewell is committed to creating transformative results in the world, and lives by the mantra “when one succeeds, we all succeed.” Her focus is on transformational leadership, personal empowerment, and promoting inclusive cultures where people can live and work together effectively across differences.

She is the founder and chief executive officer of the Christmas Jewell Corporation, a consultancy that works to transform organizational cultures and individual lives through skills and awareness seminars, crisis management, and an executive coaching practice.

Neonu Jewell also serves as executive and spiritual director of the Niyah Center, an ethical, interfaith, empowerment, and social justice community center whose mission is to engage, educate, and empower through lectures, spiritual talks, integrative life programming, and social impact strategies.

In addition, she is a member of the teaching faculty for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (“LCLD”) Pathfinder Program and Momentum Education’s Leadership.

A former practicing attorney, Neonu Jewell began her legal career as a corporate and international regulatory compliance attorney at Thompson Hine LLP in Washington, D.C. She later served as international trade counsel in Fortune 100 companies, including Accenture, Lockheed Martin, and Raytheon. Career highlights include facilitating seminars for thousands of people, supporting hundreds of individual clients achieve extraordinary personal results, and designing and deploying compliance training to over 10,000 global employees.

Neonu Jewell holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law School as well as both a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida A & M University (FAMU). She is currently earning a Master’s of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary, Columbia University.
